His quoted prices were competitive, He came spot on time and completed the job in the time frame quoted. My wife was very much and pleasantly surprised when she came home from work. She not only saw the house was brighter and more appealing as she pulled up but also noticed the driveway looked like it was reborn as she backed in. The concrete patio looked almost new and the multi-colored paver terrace popped with appeal. Granted, one motion detector light in the side yard was waterlogged and needed replacement, but, considering all Joe accomplished it was worth my time to do a quick DIY replacement. Make sure Joe gets to quote your next job."
