"Bryan and crew replaced a deteriorating, old sewer main with approximately 70 ft of new PVC. They arrived promptly at 9 a.m., with all necessary equipment and a crew of 4. By mid-afternoon, the new system was usable and the trench re-covered. Next day, they completed the installation, which included two new clean-outs, smoothed out the work area, and spread seed and straw to encourage grass regrowth. The cost was reasonable considering the amount of work required. The whole process, from initial estimate to completion was smooth and efficient with minimal downtime for drains. Quality of work was excellent and I'm confident that it was done correctly and will last. I would definitely rehire this company and highly recommend them."

"I had a break in my main water service line (from the meter to the house). They attempted to perform the lowest-cost repair first (snaking a new line through the existing pipe); when that failed, they dug out a new line and installed PEX from the meter. The folks I worked with were professional and very good about keeping me in the loop about their work status. At all steps of the way, I felt like they were doing their best to do things the right way rather than the quickest; they took additional steps such as making sure the PEX mating to the house occurred inside (i.e., where it was accessible) and installed a new ball valve, which would save us considerably in the future if we had a failure again. Working with them, I had confidence that they were doing their best to do this repair in the least expensive way possible; it was only when circumstances proved prohibitive that they moved to the more expensive option (running the new line). They also made sure to set us up with a temporary repair when it was clear that there was going to be a delay getting the boring equipment to dig the new line; I really appreciated that they took the time to make sure we were taken care of."

"Communication, or lack thereof, was our biggest issue. I knew that I needed flooring work done and when the workers told me that they could take out the floor and repair it as well as install the new toilet I was thrilled to be able to get one stop shopping. I had used Winkle's before and had been pleased with the work and while the estimate seemed a bit high I was anxious to get the project completed because we needed our bathroom in working order again. My husband took half a day from work so that he could be present when the work was being done but they did not show up nor did they call to say that they weren't coming. Two toilets sat in my living room with no communication from them as to when they would be coming back for several days . Their reason for not coming on the day that they had said they would be here was a shortage of workers due to COVID 19. I can fully appreciate that, I do not understand why they could not call and say that they would not be coming or call to reschedule. They were very friendly and the work in my main bathroom seems to have been done well. I do wish that I had not have asked them to come back to do the second bathroom floor. Word of advice...they seem to do great with plumbing their communication skills could use some work."
