Expert sealing of the old chimney exhaust, gas line cut-off, condensate pump setup and testing, everything. And on top of that, replaced an unrelated failing laundry spigot I've been worried about since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. Prices were more than fair. Work well executed. Work site left clean. Payment simple. Just the necessities in sizing and estimating, no back and forth with a back office. Absolutely will be working with K&D again. And in fact, already have for a furnace tune-up before winter arrives!"

Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent.
