Very nice man and he provided a thorough in-depth analysis and what needed to be done. The work occurred efficiently without incident. BUT, the rains had all but stopped so the roof repair was never tested until a year later. When the seasonal rains commenced the following year, there was still a leak. "Edy and his team did an excellent job on my small roof repair. The estimate was fair. The work was done a week earlier than projected. They arrived on time and worked continually. There was painting involved and Edy went and color matched the house color. The shingle color was close to our 18 year old shingles. The work site was left clean. Edy made it easy to work with him and explained what they had done in terms I could understand. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to those who need help with small roofing repair jobs like mine."

"My roof is done. 2 guys started at 7:30 this morning and completed at 5:00. Ramirez did a real good job. Removed all the heat panels, repaired and replaced with the shingles on the ones with holes. Disconnected the heating hose and reroute it back to the filtration system. I told him I wanted the new shingles panels to look exactly like the old ones so that it wouldnâ t look like mismatches. He had to drive all the way to Livermore to be able to find the correct ones. He even cleaned my rain gutters of debris and old leaves. Now my roof looks spiffy clean and new. His next project is to work on. This guy is good, I highly recommend his work and price."

"Arrived on time with all necessary materials. Removed and replaced damaged plywood. Put down new moisture barrier and flashing (edge of roof) and Installed new shingles. They left the work area and our driveway clean - no stray nails. We couldnâ t be happier."

Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures.
