"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. The technician stated there were no issues with the attic ducting, and even wrote on the work order "Duct work in good shape". I found 7 breaches in the duct system and repaired them when I checked for myself. The technician charged to change out the system filter, which I had purchased independently. The technician took it upon himself to wash and service the outside condenser, when his work order clearly says "Duct Bid". The technician was cursing under his breath in front of my girlfriend and her son after I told him over the phone he needed to return and recheck the attic duct system. He said he didnt know what he was supposed to be checking in the first place."
