"My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering to final installation. I highly recommend them for any outdoor enclosure! 5 Stars!!"

"Beautiful sunroom addition, worth the wait. Process was simple. Met with one of their designers, they helped us finalize our vision. They are great at updating you on the process of your sunroom construction and anything else that comes up. Their sunrooms are actual four season sunrooms, unlike other companies. It's not aluminum and cheap, it's custom made to fit our home, and has all the features we want. Took a bit longer than we expected, but it makes sense since they are booked months in advance. The result is worth the wait. They installed it in a day! We couldn't be any happier, highly recommend Brady to anyone looking to add a sunroom to their home!"

"We recently hired Archadeck to remove our old deck and patio, and replace them with new ones. We could not be happier with how the new space turned out! The deck and patio are both gorgeous and seem rock solid. We recently had an unrelated contractor over, who (unprompted) remarked how impressed he was at how level they were able to make the patio - that he usually doesn't see such good work. The things I appreciated most were: 1) The thoughtful planning phase of the project, and consideration of what we were looking for. They really wanted to make sure we were picking out exactly what was best for us, both design and material 2) Good communication and project management once the work started 3) Flexibility with minor changes (per our request) once the project was already underway 4) Rapid response and remedy when something unplanned happened Although we don't expect we'll need a new deck or patio anytime soon, if we ever did find ourselves in such a position, we would use Archadeck again without a second thought."

"The SeaGate installed product is excellent.  The installation crew and subcontractors are professional and friendly, however  you will wait for up 6 months for the work to be done after you have paid 1/2 of the quoted price, you will be lied to about the job completion date, promises of work crews showing up will not be kept, and you will essentially be a prisoner in your home for months at a time never knowing who will show up to work, or when. <br> <br>The workers are good people, but the owner who schedules the jobs and work crews is a non-communicator who will not respond to your requests for accurate scheduling, and who shuffles his very limited and small work crew back and forth between too many active job sites, the result being a long and dragged out process. <br> <br>Of course, despite waiting for almost 6 months for this relatively simple and straightforward project, the owner will be at your door asking for money the day after completion. He can't schedule a dependable jobsite timetable, won't answer your pleas for accurate scheduling, and/ or will lie to you, but he knows exactly when the job is done to collect money. <br> <br>Bottom line, good product, but terrible scheduling and communicating. I would NEVER hire this company again, nor recommend them...they are completely frustrating and undependable to deal with. <br>"
