"Fred, the company owner came out himself to give us an estimate on doing the necessary electrical work to install a new tankless water heater. He was very thorough and explained things clearly. He wrote out the estimate on the spot. We found him to very engaging, and absolutely reliable and honest. We were very pleased with the work that Eli and Fred performed. Again, Fred made sure that we had a clear understanding of what was done and why. He also calculated our system load. Which gave us peace of mind.They even cleaned up after themselves! And most significantly- he stuck to his estimate, and guarantees his work. I highly recommend Coastal Sign and Electric!"
