He spent three hours taking the machine apart and then after payment of $300 for parts we needed another part @ $100. I finally asked him if we should just buy a new machine, (I should’ve done my research.) So...$285 for labor, money out the window. He should’ve been honest upfront, that is why I cannot recommend them."
