Jonathan arrived on time for the repair. He was VERY friendly, courteous and professional. He gave me background on their company and business model. The repair was done AND TESTED quickly (no mess) and he took the time to explain the difference between the old GFI and the new "self-testing" GFI he installed. I know this was a small job for them, but Jonathan made me feel that taking care of my problem was important. And, their pricing is VERY reasonable! "I had a very positive experience with White Rhino Electric. Ryan was punctual, professional, courteous, friendly, and competently repaired my problem GFCI outlet. He also was able to install a code approved cover plate to repair a broken switch on an exterior light and offered expert advice and a ballpark estimate for some future work. In addition, he was able to custom fit a cover plate for a floor outlet that's been uncovered for years! I've found a great electrician and would be happy to have him return for future work! "Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"A++++ After Handy Man Connection stood me up, I made a desperate call to Improvement Pros. I told him the story of how I was in town for just a few days trying to get my rental property ready to sale and needed the front door installed. (it had been kicked in, and therefore HAD to be done for safety reasons). The owner of the company and his son came over ON SATURDAY to do the work. They ran to Lowes and made the purchase for me and brought the door and supplies to me ( I do not have a truck). They stayed late (the day before Mother's Day), and never charged extra for it. They did an excellent job, charged me fairly, and were there for me when I needed. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Thanks to them for being there when I needed them. Great guy. He is a local company who deserves our business!"
