The first one, I think it was a different company, and they didn't actually do more than surface level plumbing. Service First did a really good job and they had solved all my problems. I had a pair of related problems in 2 different toilets that kept repeatedly getting clogged, they solved one and gave me information on best way to solve the other one and it was in fact replacing the toilet, and I did. Then have them back out using the first time that I purchased on Angie's List and they installed the second toilet for me. There wasn't any additional service cost, I purchased the toilet myself which is about $300. I would use them again if I'd ever have that kind of problem again."

"They are honest and do excellent quality work. In 2012 Mr. Rooter installed a new sewer line running from our house to the city main underneath the street, cost $6719. The original line from 1971 was ceramic pipe sections that were coming apart. To reach both ends of the pipe, they excavated deep holes near the house foundation and in the street. A new one-piece HDPE (plastic) pipe was pulled through the old pipe from hole to hole. The pipe was attached at both ends and the holes backfilled. This type of pipe will not break. They also installed two cleanouts in the front yard. Mr. Rooter took care of all the utility location, legal permitting, and road closure. They referred us to Wells Fargo Home Projects to do no-interest financing to pay the bill monthly over a one-year period. In 2014 they installed a new gas water heater and got the permits and inspection, cost $1329. We've also used Mr. Rooter many times to repair or replace faucets, install a kitchen sink disposal, and clear/repair drain lines."

"Came out and snaked the sewer with the possibility that it was a bad sewer line. They were punctual and fairly priced. I used an Angies list coupon. They didn't mention until they were there to do the work that the coupon did not include removing the toilet. But, would cost and additional $50 to remove and replace the toilet. My usual company uses a tarp to contain the toilet and it's water. This company didn't use anything and left water and wax ring behind for me to clean up. Nice guys though. They weren't able to clean out the sewer line and thought it must be collapsed. I hired a sewer line specialist, also on Angies list to finish the job. <br />"

Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. "It was a really bad clog in the pipes, they to use a Hydro-jet, and they did de-clog the pipe, the service was outstanding, friendly, and courteous, I'd hire them again any day, but, not for a while, hahahah"
