"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. He then installed the Dishwasher within 45 minutes.  I will definitely be using ProServe for any upcoming plumbing problems.   Fast, Fair, Excellent Service,

"Very well. We received a fair and honest review of our current roof and have a game plan in place should it need to be replaced in the next few years. The project manager who came on site called us in the morning to give us an exact arrival time (had a one hour window previously) and the visit met our needs. I would certainly look to hire this roofing company for do the replacement when the time comes."

"I purchased 2 hours of electrical labor for $149. With 2 projects, I thought this would be a great deal. When I scheduled they said they were sending 2 electricians for one hour instead of 1 electrician for two hours. I figured this was fine, one could work each job. Instead they sent an electrician and his apprentice. The electrician worked on the outlet and his apprentice ran his errands getting tools and standing and watching him work. Needless to say the ceiling fan did not get done. They were done in 45 minutes and then were going to charge me an additional $45 for parts. When I complained he said he would credit me the 15 minutes left and therefore would call it even. Overall $149 for an outlet install was a decent deal. On a side note, the apprentice had dried mud all over his shoes which he tracked into my house. When I pointed it out he was apologetic. Also, the outlet was installed a little too close to the pillar of our pergola. The outlet cover scrapes the pillar every time it's opened and closed. Last year I purchase 8 hours of electrical labor from Front Range Electric and they sent 2 electricians for 4 hours and those men completed 8 different projects, and even made a trip to Lowes for parts."

"Not well. The resource sent had already been drinking and the start time was 9 am! They said that they could not install the hinge and that they would need to get a different kind of hinge. I would need to contact (John - the owner) to follow up for another time. Not all light bulbs were changed - the one on the porch was not replaced. Would not/did not perform tile request recommended replacing last 3 rows of tile - estimating 5 hours of work at $75 per hour or to redo the whole shower estimated 70 sq ft of tile at $75 per hour - an outrageous request. Again he said to follow up with John. The shower is not any where near 70 sq ft and 3 rows of tile to be replaced was not the recommendation of any estimates I received previously. I DID follow up with John and he indicated he would schedule a follow up for a good estimate - it has been 2 weeks and no response. Not recommending them."

"I had a very good experience contracting with the Paint Doctor to paint the exterior of my home.  When I called to setup an appointment the Paint Doctor was able to work around my work schedule to come out to my home to give me a paint estimate.  Joe was my paint estimator, and he was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with my situation.  He outlined the process for painting my house, and  provided helpful suggestions on potential paint colors.  Joe was very professional and attentive to my needs.  Once we discussed paint colors, Joe brought back a few sample paint colors, so I could get an idea of what would look best for my home. In my opinion the paint estimate to complete my home was very reasonable.  Joe provided me a number of dates when the painters could begin painting my home.  Within a week painters were at my place painting my property.  Joe stopped by during the painting to see the progress being made to my house and if I had any questions or concerns.  The painters did a good job and were respectful of my property including not allowing paint to get  on screens, windows, bushes, etc.  At the conclusion of the job, Joe came out to inspect the work and asked me if I had any concerns; Joe was always very interested and attentive to my needs.  Joe was good to work with and the Paint Doctor is a great company to contract with.  I would highly recommend.
