"Watermark carried out all defined services professionally and thoroughly. I received proposal within 3 days after requesting one. The proposed cost and work coverage was better than others I had received. Nick came to the house once I requested a proposal and reviewed the pool area so that his proposed work would be reflective of all conditions of the pool. The overall work was carried out professionally and the end result left me with a 'new pool'. The pool is relatively large (20 X 45)- 31,000 gallons and I now have a pool that is something I am proud. Nick stayed on top of all work in progress and kept me informed of each step and what was expected of each step. There were no hidden costs or surprises during the job or at completion."

Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

"Excellent. I really enjoyed meeting Eric. He and his staff were awesome from the very beginning. Everything was explained step by step and the workers were so polite and friendly, always smiling. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. "The owner of this company serviced our pool for over 15 years.  He was extremely responsible and professional.  He always responded to my calls promptly and made whatever repairs were necessary as quickly as possible.  He was always sensitive to costs of replacement items.  He also spent the off season going to classes and manufacturer training to be current in the industry.  His rates were reasonable.   When we were remodeling our pool deck and pool, he coordinated with the pool and deck contractors.  When our heater needed servicing he was knowledgeable enough to conduct the service himself.  Our pool was always crystal clear.  If he hadn't cut back with servicing our area, I would still have his company service our pool. "
