"I will preface this review by saying that we've lived in our house for 7 years and never had our carpets professionally cleaned. I brought a hoover carpet cleaner and we've used it a few times, but it isn't the best machine out there. We have one dog and two young kids, so the poor carpets have seen their share of abuse over the past several years. The cleaners were on time and were very careful with our furniture and floors. They even moved our big sectional couch, which I wasn't expecting. We originally brought the basic three room pre-soak, shampoo, and wash for $89. They upsold me on the deep scrub, since it had been years since our carpets were cleaned and I knew we needed as much help as possible! I also upgraded to a light deodorizer and "green" stain guard with a one year guarantee. It was worth the extra money, because our carpets looked way better than I was expecting when it was all over. They got out stains that had been in the carpets for years. There were a couple spots they had issues with, but were very forthcoming that they couldn't get those areas up as well as they hoped. They still looked much better than before they arrived! Both men were very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the finished results and would definitely hire them back again in the future. Next time we won't wait quite so long! <br />"

"The team of 2 cleaning technicians came to do the job about 10 minutes after I received a call telling me they were on their way.  They arrived well within the window the appointment was set up for.  As I was planning to have this done more often during the year as I have multiple dogs that can soil our carpet pretty bad, I decided to go with their annual plan where they will come out a total of 4 times during a 1 year period.  This saves me about 30% of the total cost.  The technicians were chatty with me, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.  In fact, I think it turned out better than I had expected.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"I was really happy with what they did. They didn't use any soap, so I didn't have a smell. The carpets were cleaner than they have ever been. The carpet in our family room was filthy. We basically lived in the family room for two years because I wasn't healthy. A friend who does work for us recommended them. I may have them clean the carpet in my car. I moved the small things and they moved all the other furniture. The carpets were dry within an hour. I was very pleased with what they did. The price was excellent."
