"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"We awoke to discover water standing on the floor of our laundry room, hallway and sewing room.  I called Butler Plumbing right away and was told that they had a crew in Plano, Texas that would be at our home after they finished that job.  The crew arrived at our home an hour later and got right to work.  The crew used electronic devices to trace water lines under or in the slab, and were able to ascertain that there was a leak between one manifold (where hot and cold water pipes converge and are then sent to several different faucets), and another manifold under a cabinet in the master bath.  The line that connected the two manifolds was sealed, and a bypass water line was installed through the attic.  I expressed concern about the possibility of a water line in the attic freezing and breaking, but the plumbers showed me the hose/pipe they planned to use, which was very hard, flexible, very strong rubber/plastic pipe that could expand in the event of freezing, although I was assured that the pipe was insulated, and that threat was minimal.  I hope they are right.  The entire repair job took about 5 hours, and I am very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism, and quality of service I received from Butler Plumbing!

Knew what the issue was and how to repair, very respectful with mask and letting us know when he was shutting the water off and what steps he was taking. Even hit a snag with an additional broken pipe connection he discovered, but fixed that as well. Guaranteed work and he even offered to repair it again for no cost should his handiwork come undone. "We sent Alex a message through Angie's list and received a prompt reply.  After some scheduling issues because of the snow and ice storm.  Alex was able to come out and submit a bid.  The price was in the range of our budget. We provided the tile and stack stones.  We had a tight time frame for the work and he was able to start on the work days that we had available.  We had a miscommunication regarding the reinstall of the wooden mantel because we assumed it would be reinstalled and he assume that we did not want it back on. However, Alex was able to accommodate us.   He let us know the time frame that he would be working during the day and was very prompt. Fit and finish was great. "Called several plumbers for quotes to replace kitchen faucet and Dewolfe's was the most affordable and reasonable one for the work required. Michael, the plumber, gave an estimate but mentioned that we'd need additional parts. He offered to get them for a small fee or if we wanted to save money, we could get it ourselves (which we did). He texted the link for the part right away and came back the next day to replace our faucet. He was on time and very professional. He also provided some useful information regarding faucets for future purchase/installation. Will definitely hire again if needed."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. They explained multiple options and the pro's and con's of each path. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. After the cabinets, counter tops, and kitchen sink were installed, they returned within a day or two of my phone call to complete the plumbing finish work. This included hooking up a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, tankless water heater, and filtration system for our coffee maker. The neatness of the install is something to complement, as you can tell no shortcuts were taken to finish the job any sooner. Several of my colleagues have been commenting on how well the lines were run and the quality of the parts used. I am extremely happy with our new kitchen/break room and this experience has made it that much better. "
