"This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my 11 years in Charlotte! I emailed Laura who called and emailed me back and set up an appt. that was convenient for me. No window but an actual time! Wow unheard of these days. Ray Abrams came out and immediately got to work. It is obvious that he knows computers very well. He had my issue diagnosed in a few minutes and proceeded to repair my computer, give me recommendations for upgrades, and answer all of my many questions with extreme professionalism. He is a very personable guy and I was so comfortable after speaking with him I actually left in my house alone while I ran a quick errand. He spent just over 2 hrs. at my house and after using the Angies discount my bill was exactly as anticipated. My computer is working without any problems. I wish I had used SouthTech a long time ago but will always call them in the future."

"Mark is our go-to guy for any computer problems. <br /> He responded by phone immediately trying to walk me through several attempts to recover.  When the attempts failed he came right over to our home to diagnose the problem. The problem was not recoverable.  He took the computer and repaired and installed a new and better operating system overnight and downloaded our Carbonite recovery files.  Thankfully we had Carbonite. <br /> He brought the computer back the next morning and re-installed it and spent all time we needed to make sure all worked again. <br /> Mark is personable, patient, and responsive.  We couldn't ask for a better resource.   <br />"

We decided that my computer needed to go to their repair facility for some serious work. They were able to save all my data, ran thorough diagnostics and repaired my computer.
