"Great experience. The associate was punctual and courteous, and clearly explained to me what he found and my options for repairing the problem. After downloading the information onto the new computer, he asked me to check to see if everything was there, went over everything, asked me if I had any questions or if there was anything further he could do."

"Mark is our go-to guy for any computer problems. <br /> He responded by phone immediately trying to walk me through several attempts to recover.  When the attempts failed he came right over to our home to diagnose the problem.
