He instructed me on the use of my new back up system and even called to see if I was having water problems when there was a lot of rain and thawing before I could have my main pump changed. He is clearly very knowledgeable and is not just out to make a buck. He confirmed what I suspected--that many well drillers will tell you that you need a whole new well when repair will suffice.
