I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

"My first contact came with my call to the receptionist who handled my call with a pleasant attitude.
I had some problems with my toilet and I wanted to use a professional in hopes that it would prevent a reoccurrence. I needed an appointment the next day, I was called promptly and I confirmed the next day. I asked the receptionist some general questions about what was covered using the full service inspection certificate, she politely explained each part of the inspection, and I was satisfied.
My appointment was for 0900, my technician arrived at 0845. He was professional and explained what he was checking for and labeled valves for water shutoff, heating and hot water heater. I eventually did not need any work on my toilet, he turned a valve and it was back in operation!  The sump pump inspection was the most informative for me, my outside hose was frozen solid and was no longer pumping out water!! He replaced the receptacles, fixed a water softener line and installed a new gas range. All these things for less money.
