He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for different units. I saw him measure at least twice and used a level to ensure everything was level. I loved his attention to detail. "They performed a fast, clean installation of a new system and relocated it to a more favorable location. I had them delete the unit in the attic because of prior water damage from a leaking unit. They were able to plumb into the old venting. The house is now quieter and cooler. Everything is working great, and we are completely satisfied with the work that they performed. Very efficient at their job and did an excellent job of cleaning up."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
