"The 2 gentleman came out to look at my system for a second opinion. My unit is fairly new and the builder's guy just said it was fine (it was not, it had stopped blowing at all and was not cooling). Daniel and Koby came out, test the system and did a full evaluation. They showed me photos and explained the situation and thoroughly went through my options. I determined that it was more cost effective to replace my system since by builder basically installed a crappy scratch and dent that wasn't worth fixing. They took the time to answer all my questions and did not pressure me into a decision at all. I trust their work and expertise!"
