"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"John was very professional and courteous. He called before he came and arrived at the time he specified. He told us what he had to do to repair the doors and then he gave us the estimate. We decided to let him do the project and he completed it was complete satisfaction to us. The project took longer than expected but he stayed until it was totally completed. We will use him again for other projects and highly recommend him to others."

"Very quick response - arrived at my home within three hours of requesting service on a Saturday. Microwave oven repaired very efficiently and quickly. Will use Lively Services again!"
