"We had a plumbing issue with our apartment. I called this organization and nothing was resolved. The Toilet was backing up into the tub and we were unable to flush the toilet. The technician I spoke to said he cleaned out the line and he was hopeful that that would fix the problem. It did not. They came back a second time and supposedly cleaned the line out again and the problem still exists. I called them back and they did not return my call. If you have a serious plumbing problem, stay clear of this organization. You will not be happy."

"They arrived late. While they were installing the water heater, they were reminded that the plumbing work also needed to be done. Initially, they lied and said it was completed. There was a rusted pipe under the master sink that should have been replaced. We inspected and the part was not replaced, instead they insisted that they sanded down the rusted bolt and this will seal the pipe so that it will no longer leak. Once the water installation was completed we asked to test to verify that the hot water was working properly. They stated that the water is working and there was no need to test the hot water heater. We insisted. It was during this test that a leak was discovered and they had to further repair this issue. We were totally disappointed in the work and did not trust that the work was done properly. We had to hire another handyman to verify that the heater was installed properly and to replace the pipe fitting under the sink as was initially requested. I am extremely disatisfied with the quality of service and will not recommend for future references."
