"Murray and Sons quickly contacted me about my water heater replacement project. They were able to provide an immediate quote over the phone. They worked around my crazy schedule to get me an appointment within three days. They showed up when promised and got the job done. There were several extra things that came up which they could have easily used to raise the price above the quote but they didn't do that. The final finished installation was better than expected. And, best of all, this new water heater was installed in a way that will make it possible for me to do future replacements. I was concerned in the beginning, since they didn't have any plumbing reviews. But, their electric service reviews were excellent. I decided to give them a chance; after all, it was only a water heater. I'm glad I took the chance on them. I now have hot water again and I'm very pleased. Very professional, knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and punctual (shows-up on-time or calls to explain why he can't be there i.e. weather). I would definitely hire this service(s) again."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
