"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"We had to have a line of 7 large old trees removed and afterward, our yard was truly a disaster area. Oh, what an eyesore and embarrassment it was! We are incredibly grateful that a wonderful world-class landscaping team, C&B Landscaping, stepped in and literally performed a miracle for us. First, they chose and planted 10 stunning arborvitaes and some flowering shrubs to fill in the empty spots. Then, they did all the backbreaking work that was necessary to prepare the ground for sod, which they then planted beautifully. We are only sorry we didn't take "before" photos, because today, the area is unrecognizable.
