"Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up."

"The experience was phenomenal with this contractor. From the start they came out to give me a free estimate to replace my roof, their estimate was cheaper than the competitors. Other competitors putting on a lesser product were charging 15 to 35 % higher than elite 4 roofing and remodeling. They came out and finished the roof in one long day and did a very nice job cleaning up. Afterwards you could not tell that they were there other than the new beautiful roof. The workers that came out were very pleasant and professional answering any questions that I had. I have recommended them many times to family and friends. All of those poleple i have recommended elite 4 roofing and remodeling to have been very pleased with thier workmanship and customer service whether it is a roof, siding or any other remodeling needs. I will contine to recommended this company and reach out to them the next project I need done. "

"Jeff and his crews delivered on time and on budget. I was advised each day of the activities that were going to take place the following day. All workers were pleasant and responsive to any needs. Each day prior to leaving the job site everything was cleaned up, equipment and materials stored neatly, and any trash removed. The quality and craftsmanship were excellent."

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. No integrity No responsibility Unreliable Over priced Will take your money and keep it"
