He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. "It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"The quality of the painting was very good.  There was some very small platter on the hardwood floors, but it cleaned easily.  The ceilings look fantastic and given that they are as high as 22 feet, that is no simple feat.  Also, the painting of the high wall required the painters to remove a 12?x9? Persian rug and reinstalled it on the wall approximately 20 feet high!
The painters were always on time and very courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
We only had one issue that occurred, which was a contemporary glass desk was damaged by the painting team while they attempted to move it.  What occurred was that two Lucite clips that hold the glass panels together snapped during the move.  Mr. Pozo was promptly notified by his team when it occurred.  Because the replacement clips were difficult obtain, I did take Mr. Pozo some time to locate identical replacements.  He was successful in doing so and the glass desk has returned to its original state.
