"I called and they came out the very next day...arrived promptly and presented themselves professionally. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize their services (air duct cleaning) because I live in a very old home (86 years old) that has a brand new furnace but the duct work is old. The gentlemen looked everything over before beginning their work and discovered that due to the age of the duct work there was asbestos tape used when they were installed, which effectively brought the whole operation to a grinding halt before it even got started! I am so happy they were professionals because they discovered this fact before they ever disturbed anything in the ducts...therefore, leaving well enough alone and bringing no harm to us or themselves. If I could use them in the future I would not hesitate to call them!"
