She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. "Tyler came out the same day, Fri, otherwise we would've had to wait until at least Monday with another plumber. He cleaned out the roots and was very respective of our property because the only access to the pump is through our master closet. After a thorough testing, it worked just fine until that evening when the pump came on and wouldn't shut off, so I just pulled the plug. It's supposed to turn on for only a short time (seconds) when waste water is present. Tyler came out the next day (Sat) and fixed the problem, which was that one of the floats in the basin was tilted on its side."

"I recently removed our kitchen faucet and disposal in preparation for a granite countertop repair job. After the granite repair was completed, the plumbing wouldn't reassemble properly, so I called a plumber. The first plumber I contacted was willing to come out at no charge and gave us an an estimate of $900. The second plumber I contacted was Otto of Plumbing Solutions. He waited patiently through my rant about the first plumber and the sorry state of the world and provided an estimate of $225 + materials over the phone. That was the figure I had in mind when embarking on the project, so I was happy to agree. He happened to be finishing a job nearby and showed up within minutes. He was very pleasant, courteous and professional. The plumbing had originally been installed some years ago by a non-plumber general contractor and some trap parts had been installed backwards. Otto replaced the under sink plumbing in its entirety and when he was finished, it looked much cleaner and more professional than the original. Drains better, too. Although the job was more extensive than I had pitched, Otto presented me with an invoice for $225 + parts. Otto is now my go-to guy for plumbing."
