This was done with zero mess or inconvenience to us. They were prompt and professional. They stuck to their provided schedule, including the plumbing and electrical sub-contractors, who were excellent. We changed one design element which was completed without issue. From the initial assessment to the final walk through, JC Smith was a top notch general contractor. The scope of work and cost estimate were both on point; no surprises or hidden costs that threw me out of my budget. The design consultant was very helpful with the new design and material choices; suggesting good quality yet affordable products that would help me achieve the design look I wanted while staying within my budget. The job foreman was knowledgeable about every aspect of the work that needed to be done and always polite and considerate to inform me of all the daily details during the construction phase.
