"Geo is an excellent handyman and very professional friendly. He took great care for the work I hired him to perform to be done right and on time. His estimates are very fair. He jumped right in with his crew and worked as well. The crew he brought with him were very professional and respectful and also friendly as well and the only time I saw them not working was on their lunch break. Geo was great at making suggestions for things to look and work better. Geo and his crew installed a glass storm door on the front door of my home. He also took care of some wood rot near the bottom on the door frame and replaced it like new. He and his crew installed two new screen doors on the breezeway of my home and replaced the floor metal transition strips. Geo and his crew painted 26 shudders on my home to where they look brand new and did not get any paint on my siding. I was so impressed I hired him to do a little job for me in a couple of weeks. "I had some wood trim (windows, etc) and a mailbox post that poor shape from weathering, needed repair/replacement and painting. Brinson came out for the estimate and we worked up the list of things to do quickly and talked about options. I neglected to show Brinson one of the windows that needed work (it hides behind a tree so Brinson missed it too) and the front door trim. Brinson also neglected to add the mailbox post to the estimate but I showed it to him and we discussed it. I sent him photos of the second window and door and he worked up a new estimate without a second visit. The work was scheduled quickly and Aaron came out to do the work. He did excellent work even though the weather didn't cooperate. It was planned for two days so he had to come back on Sunday to finish up. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work."

"They gave a good quote and were very easy to work with. The communication was also effective. I was not impressed with the workmanship though. I may consider hiring them for an out of the way spot but not for anything critical or highly visible. The example that I will give that I consider to be very indicative is that when they replaced one of the two boards with the dryer exhaust, the panel was not cut to allow for the dryer to actually exhaust. The dryer still works because half of the hole is still there in the board that didn't need replacement but still I now have to get up on my roof and do it myself so I don't loose efficiency in the dryer. This says to me that any other aspect of the job requiring attention to detail also needs to be checked - not what I want to be doing when I went to the trouble to hire someone else to do the work."
