There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that can’t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that, even when it costs them. UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. "Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened.
