"TL;dr: avoid this company if you value your time and money. We struggled with this company for over a week to get what should?ve been a very basic A/C repair completed. It took three separate visits just to diagnose the issue and then get a part ordered. On the FOURTH visit, after being without A/C for over a week, the repair person came out to our house. He spent three hours preparing the system for the new part. Then he realized the part that had been ordered wasn?t even the right one and that he would need to put in yet another order for the correct one and come back in ANOTHER two days. We canceled the appointment and immediately started calling other A/C repair companies. Air ?Experts? are grossly incompetent and have poor communication within the company. Avoid this company like the plague. "

What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. "Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

"Chris and Ray arrived promptly on the day of service and got to work immediately. They were very courteous and quickly figured out what needed to be done to remove our old 50 gallon water heater and replace it with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a great job with the install and even simplified some of our previous pipe layout that seemed needless complicated. The heater works great and is way quieter than I expected. In addition to the water heater, they also installed a whole house water filter, making sure the filters can be easily isolated with shut off valves for future maintenance. When the water pressure seemed a little low, they were able to tweak our pressure valve regulator so that the pressure to our faucets is now better than they were before the water filter was installed. Chris and Ray did a great job explaining the system to me and testing it to my satisfaction. They removed the old water tank and cleaned everything up. An overall terrific experience."

I had called several companies/persons but none either responded back or showed up for their appointment.
