"We contacted Tim & Sheri Anderson to have our gas fireplace cleaned since no one had used it for years prior to us purchasing our home. Tim was very friendly and helped show my husband the basics of a gas fireplace (both of us grew up with wood-burning) and was also able to provide us with a free key to turn on the gas. We sadly didn't have the actual logs at the time of service or else Tim would have been able to install those as well. Once we were able to purchase our logs, they were booked up until the end of December unfortunately. "It's always done right, the first time.  When you make an appointment, they show up in the window of time quoted.  They have a supply of parts with them but when I needed a new faucet, they provided a catalog so I could order and came back in three days when it arrived.  They use "Wolverine" fixtures, made in Michigan and it's good quality brass.  It's also more expensive than the cheapo things you can buy at the big box stores, but I have been very pleased with the quality and reliability of these replacements. <br />"

"All items accomplished per discussion with service writer. The items were in response to an energy audit performed by Northeastern REMC, a free service to their customers. It took the workers a bit longer to accomplish all the work, but they didn't shortcut anything. In fact, they found an area that wasn't discussed while foaming the common wall and took care of it as well, as it just made sense to include it. I tipped each of the installers for their extra help. <br /> I could easily tell the comfort difference in every area they'd hit, both during the winter and the subsequent summer. I just hired them to fix another problem with the fireplace area that's been difficult to diagnose and look forward to them resolving the problem. <br />"
