"Geroge and Robert are fantastic gentlemen. I needed a network (ethernet) cable run from the basement to attic because the signal I was getting wasn't strong enough. Robert did a great job. His many years of experience shine through when you watch him work. He did a couple of small holes, ran the cables, tied everything neatly and was gone in 1.5 hours. Thank you very much!!! You gentlemen are lifesavers."

"I recently hired this IT professional to install my TV wall mount, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. He arrived on time, came fully prepared, and made sure everything was measured and installed perfectly. He took his time to ensure the TV was securely mounted, properly leveled, and positioned exactly how I wanted it. He also explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. His attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. He even cleaned up after finishing the installation. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and professional TV mounting or IT services. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now. And the company hires US military veterans so that is also something that warms my heart. Bob is a true professional who knows his way around a computer."
