"Scott called within seconds of my posting, stated he could be here within 1-11/2 hours and was right on time. Removed the caps on our gutters, cleaned them out, replaced caps. Very courteous and left no debris after the cleaning. While on our second floor roof he suggested for our HOA look into replacing shingles as they look worn. I had already mentioned this to our HOA, but it was great that he noticed too, even though our HOA has a roofing company, he still cared enough to mention the need for new shingles."

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"GREAT. Jamie pulled of the baseboard, patched the hole, replaced the baseboard with a wider solid board wood baseboard. Removed waste, cleaned up and gets a A+."

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

He purchased new hinges and wood, fixed the gate and only charged $150. D Stephens is now removing wallpaper in my living room, hallway and painting same. I intend to post another review under interior painting contractors when this project is complete."

"Sorry I took so long to write this review! Don Cuffari and his company are professional and courteous. Don had good ideas to help us organize our walk-in-closet for our master bedroom. His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. The products have worked well in the 4 years since the installation and repair.
