"LJ was Very very helpful. Not like calling the larger companies where you get an operator who just makes an appointment or takes a message. My basement drain by the furnace was clogged & backing up. He gave me some basic tips to help troubleshoot & figure out what was likely going on. I probably fixed it myself after that but I still had him out to clean out the drain because we were going out of town the next day & I didn't want to take any chances. "The first thing they did was look at the plumbing in the basement and tell me I need to replace it and gave me estimates for three different levels or replacement. They are correct, the pluming does need to be replaces but i needed the sink line cleared. Called a different company to come out and they cleared the line.
