"We had a slow flowing drain and contacted Plumbline Plumbing. Mr Garton came to our home personally, even though it was already 7H30 at night. He knew what had to be done and got to it immediately. He was quick, efficient and through it all he kept his sense of humor - our son flushed a Thomas the train down the drain. He left the place clean and the bill didn't kill me either."

That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). "The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again."

After they cleaned part of the main line, and worked on the line in the laundry room,  the drain opened up and seemed to be fixed.  However,  a few days later, at about 4 a.m., the drain clogged again and overflowed. Royle and Assistant Dave returned the next day, and did everything necessary to figure out what the real problem was, and provide a solution.  Royle also suggested what might be done to prevent any recurrence of the situation. I now have added Benjamin Franklin to my support team, and will call them in the future.
