"I knew this would be a challenge going into the project as we were dealing with old galvanized pipes - the plumber attempted to just fix the leaky joint but with each repair, created another issue/blockage - I think the job would have taken less time if he would have just cut and replaced all the pipes instead of one issue at a time - he had to come back as he didn't test the faucets before leaving the house - we had a full blockage in the bathtub which required another 1.5 hours in labor. Overall, he was courteous and professional."

They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line.
