"E&G were very responsive, setting up an appointment shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They came about a week or two after our initial contact.  The worker who came out was very friendly and explained what the process was, as I accompanied him through my home and area around the foundation.  That day he put a bunch of bait stations inside and outside the house to get any mice that were in the house out of it.  Then two weeks later he came back - I was not home that day - and installed copper mesh material where my siding met the foundation to provide a barrier to keep the varmints from entering the house.

"Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He used one type of control inside and applied the substance at every place in the house where I told him I had seen the ants - the kitchen, primarily, the front hall, the TV/office room, an upstairs bedroom.  He was very careful to get the substance into the cracks and crevices and corners and he explained to me very carefully how the substance would not hurt my cats.

He spent a lot of time outside too coating underneath the entryway doors - front and back - and along the sides of the main front entryway, all where they seem to enter the house.

He also checked the basement very thoroughly to determine if there were any signs of the ants.

"I initially called Mitebusters based on a recommendation from a friend. I explained that I had a bug but wasn't sure it was a terminate. I gentleman by the name of Luis came by to assess and confirmed it was termites immediatly upon inspection of the bug. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how termites do what they do, which I really appreciated. He then scheduled a spot treatment and also some work to the outside with what I believe are some kind of trap. He told me what they were I just forgot. The gents that showed up, right on time I might add, where incredibly nice and attentive. They empathized with the situation and walked me through the plan of action. They finished up the work in a timely fashion, thanked me for me business and went on their way. They were very professional. The gents names were Mark and Tylon, I believe. I signed up with a service contract after doing my research and now have a new found knowledge of how termites work. Figured it's better to spend a little now to avoid spending alot later. I highly recommend Mitebuster and will be using their services moving forward."
