"Lionel arrived on time and did an estimate for our project.  I was confident that he knew his stuff and could deliver on the job.  He was very punctual in providing us a verbal estimate then followed it up with a written estimate, which was very appreciated.  In the end, we wound up using someone who was lower priced because we had a lot of items on our wish list and we accepted more risk to our project with the hope that we would be able to get more done in this phase of our remodel.

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."
