"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"It went very well. John was very professional, pleasant, courteous and fast. He even made a trip to Home Depot to purchase faucet tube nipples to prevent future kinking, as was one of the problems with the water pressure that I didn't even realize I had. He also replaced the water valve under the sink for me because the old one was worn and could possibly leak. Absolutely pleased and I would highly recommend."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"Mike was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all the options for replacing my water heater and did the work quickly and neatly. Will definitely be calling him again!"

"Excellent service. Kevin came and assessed the problem. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. I really appreciate that he came by immediately to rectify the problem and complete the job."

"Fast and Professional work. I called him last minute and had time for me. my water heater broke unexpectedly."

"Response was amazing and fast. Arrived on time and kept me fully informed. Professional with complete set of moisture/ leak detection tools. Answered all our questions. Would love to recommend them."

"Really great experience. Called AD3 after finding that faucet would not turn the water off after watering my lawn. Adrian answered and explained that he was on a job but he would get another plumber to come more quickly. He called back within a few minutes and said someone would be coming soon. Within 20 mins. A Diaz Plumbing van arrived and 2 very experienced and nice plumbers quickly got to work replacing the faucet! All of this occurred in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Adrian Diaz and AD3 are now on my contact list. My water bill thanks them!!"

"Rubio’s Plumbing service is by far the most professional experience you will ever have when it comes to trouble shooting, repair, or a new & complete repiping service. I have used Rubio’s on a number of occasions and each one has exceeded my expectations by far. I have had my home water service repiped without any issues. This was a huge undertaking that was performed quickly and without water disruptions. I have called them back during a remodel to change my laundry service location, both natural gas and water hookup that went smoothly. Rubios Plumbing also installed a bathroom vanity with the necessary plumbing upgrades which included faucet and sink fixtures. Their service was so incredibly reasonable in price and the quality of service was very professional. Rubios takes pride in their work and the cleanup afterwards. They provide recommendations to minimize future plumbing issues, forecasting recommendations to keep things in working order. Additionally, I called them once again to remove my old gas water heater and replace it with a Tankless Water Heater. A suitable location was found and the demo & installation process was completed once again with very positive results and no issues whatsoever. I could go on and on about how well they are but the bottom lines is, They were affordable and always worked within my budget. Rubios is a local company making it more convenient with a timely response to tackle any immediate problems. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be calling them once again for my future home addition project coming up soon. I can truthfully say they are honest and trustworthy while working with the highest level of Customer Service, Integrity and Customer Satisfaction. You don’t need to spend a lot of time getting bids and waiting for other plumbers to show up or trying to upsell you.
