"I filled out the project form and had the site connect me w contractors. Our phone rang in less than 5 minutes and Mike was on the phone with my husband. He came at the end of his day today...just a few hours after we had talked. We had lost power in parts of the house and didn't know why. Mike found the outlet that had caused the issue and fixed it.
