"They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call, and Chris (owner) and his son did the work. They were prompt, professional, and meticulous about cleaning up their work areas. Before leaving Chris told me if there were any problems with what they fixed to let me know. As it turns out the toilet still leaked after the first visit so they came back promptly on a late Friday afternoon free of charge and got it taken care of.
