The work was offered to be completed in both the cases. As I am also reading from many reviews, I think Roto-rooter will just come and quote high and charge the visiting fees."

They offered to take $25 off bill. Their service assessment is $49...would have considered that to have been fair because that's all he really did. Have done business in the with A-Better Plumbing for home and rental property and charges were fair. Understand they have new owners. Senior taken advantage of..."
