"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM! The floors were installed on time and look gorgeous!!! Best purchase I've ever made-- not one pang of Buyer's Remorse. I would highly recommend Bensalem Flooring!!!"
