"I hired Dominic's Painting to paint the entire exterior of my old (1700's) colonial home in the Summer of 2017. This was a very big project and they did such a fantastic job that I hired them once again to paint (and wallpaper) the interior of my house in late 2017. "First off, know that with this company you are getting subcontractors.  In this case, the subcontractor was great and did quality work.  There were some problems/delays that were caused by the Millennium team who was responsible for ordering/delivery, etc. 
They started demolition pretty much on the day they started ordering things (tubs, etc.) and so of course there were some things that took longer than expected which caused delays in the work.  There were also issues with the wrong items being ordered and delivered which I was thankfully able to flag before installation.  This was sort of an odd thing because it happened multiple times and even the subcontractor was scratching his head a bit about this.  That was just bad project management and execution on Millennium's side.  For these reasons, the overall score dropped to a B.
But, I want to say that I am happy with the end result and the bathrooms look great.  There was a lot of good on this project.  Darin was helpful in picking out items as that was a bit overwhelming for me and I appreciated that.  As I said, the subcontractor did excellent quality work, they were super nice, worked on some Saturdays, put up with our dog, etc.  In the end, the quality and look is the most important thing and that was great.
Millennium (Darin) did acknowledge their mishaps and made sure to credit me for the inconveniences.  I never felt like he was trying to duck me or take advantage, he was very responsive to all my concerns.
So ya know, good company, but probably needs some close attention by the homeowner so that you catch any mishaps and flag any issues.  I suppose this is typical of a construction project. 
Regarding the use of subs, I would imagine you could have varying quality this way.  Our guys were Jerry and Chris and they were great.

"I own a 50 year-old brick and stone twin in NE Philadelphia.  We had noticed some water staining on interior walls during the past winter.  The exterior brick wall on the side of the house where we noticed the problem faces north and west, and takes the brunt of the weather during winter rain/snow storms.    We called Ray in the Spring to inspect the suspected wall.  He came out within a day or two and did the inspection and pointed out some obvious defects in the deteriorating brick pointing.  He offered to patch the problem areas if we were dead set on keeping the cost as low as possible, but said he could not guarantee that this would correct the problem.  He suggested instead re-pointing the entire wall, in which case he would offer an extended warranty of his work.  This is what we decided to do.

Ray scheduled the job within about 10 days (it required two full days of work).  He notified me on a Friday that he could do the job on the following Monday and Tuesday if I was agreeable.  I gave him the go ahead.  He and his crew showed up early on Monday Morning.  They worked hard for two days and got the work done as scheduled.  They ground down the old pointing, re-pointed all  the masonry, and calked all the windows.  It was dirty work, but they did an excellent job cleaning up.  The work looks beautiful and has held up through all the recent storms with no further evidence of leaks.  Ray and his crew were courteous and respectful of my neighbors. 

Ray met my three most important criteria for home contractors:  He showed up when he said he would,  he did what he said he would do in a professional manner, and he cleaned up afterward.  The fact that he is also a nice guy is just icing on the cake.  I would definitely hire him again."
