Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work.
