Javier was always able to quickly and patiently answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he referred us to several companies to deal with prerequisite issues (asbestos and lead testing and removal), and it felt like he was there to walk us through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience and consideration Javier, Santos, and Margarita showed every step of the way. They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. Attentive, detailed, courteous, patient, thorough, and going well above and beyond in customer service - you really can't ask for more from a company you never really want to have to call in the first place!"

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
 *priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.
