The original was from 4-6pm, then shifted to "before 7pm", and was told at certain points that they were only X minutes away only for the technician to arrive far after that time. They didn't have/bring the parts they needed for the first appointment, so we scheduled a follow up for 8am the next day. They arrived at roughly 9:35am. I was told at 9:02am they were a "couple of minutes away". I didn't set the schedules or the expectations, they did. I would've appreciated more punctuality or professionalism around the appointment times. I don't have any issues with the actual work quality, in person professionalism, knowledge, or speed once they arrived. Ended up paying around $700 to get two springs replaced on an insulated two car garage door."
