"Owner & 3 guys showed up. Video was done first. Located problem areas. Hand dug down to pipe, which I appreciated because I have irrigation lines throughout the yard & lots of landscaping. They made very little mess. The one clog was a few feet from my inground pool & no mess got in the pool. Dug up the grass in sod squares so it could be relaid back down. Finished the one clog & separated pipe today. They put in clean out leads to make it easy to access pipes later if necessary. Will come back next week to work on more of the list of items that needs to be done. They made sure to show me what was happening throughout process.
