"I paid Mr Charlie Hippie of Cardinal Construction & Roofing INC $9000.00 on August 26th 2021. He promised to start work in 2 weeks. Which was supposed to be on September 9 2021. He never did. I called him every week for 4 weeks and all he kept doing was giving me excuses upon excuses. He was supposed to finish my basement for my sick mother in Law to use as treatment. I am still trying to reach him as I write this review but he has refused to pick his phone call or respond to my messages."

Alex came out the same day to assess the situation, explained what needed to be done, cleaned up the affected area, and provided a clear estimate. The very next day, his team arrived and completed the work — repairing the damaged ceiling, blending and repainting so it matched seamlessly, and leaving the space clean and orderly when they finished.
