"We live in Dallas Georgia and decided to get our walkout basement finished for my mom to have her own apartment. Creative Basements did a bedroom, bathroom, living room for about 850 ft.². It took about three months starting in the last quarter of 2020 and just finished in January 2021. They did a great job and all the work was performed better than expected. "My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much youâ re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etcâ ¦We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - heâ s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - itâ s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered.
