"Lar-Con construction did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions that made our plans a reality. He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. They let us know approximately what time they would arrive each day, and the focus of their work for the next day. They took care to keep the dust and construction materials confined to the work area. Larry spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between ready-made, semi-custom, and custom cabinets and how they might work in our kitchen. He suggested we might want to work with a custom cabinet maker to accommodate the odd angles in our kitchen. He suggested a reputable cabinet maker who did a fantastic job developing a workable plan for our kitchen. Larry worked closely with the cabinet maker coordinating installation of the cabinets and countertops. Larry and his crew took the time and effort to complete work as if they were working on their own home. When an unexpected sub-floor repair was necessitated due to a hidden water leak, the crew took it in stride and worked it into their schedule, replacing the sub-floor. They also went into the crawl space to inspect the floor joists for water damage, repaired and replaced them as needed, and even added an additional vent to the crawl space area to create cross ventilation. Larry worked with the contractor we had hired for flooring installation, and was on hand the day the flooring was installed, helping insure it was installed professionally. We felt comfortable enough with Larry and his crew that we were able to take an out of state trip while the work was in progress. While we were gone, Larry sent photos of the work they completed each day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We are so pleased with the quality of work completed and the work ethic demonstrated by the entire crew of Lar-Con Construction that we have already scheduled a master bath renovation."

Owner Mark came out to give us an estimate, understood that some siding issues were called out by our lender as needing to be corrected before we could close on our house refinance, gave us a fair quote and - since time was of the essence - had the crew out to work on it very quickly. The crew was awesome. They did GREAT work - despite having to work through, and scheduling around, some heavy downpours. "The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed. "My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much youâ re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etcâ ¦We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - heâ s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - itâ s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered. He answered ALL texts and phone calls right away, no matter the time or the day and always gave me the time to talk about anything and answer questions I had. Honesty.
