He got to our home around 11:40, checked water pressure and hot water heater to find the problem and determined the hot water heater did need to be replaced. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak.
