"Hot water heater burst late in evening. I called first thing the next morning and spoke directly with Donald. He said he would be here to repair/replace our hot water heater around noon. He got to our home around 11:40, checked water pressure and hot water heater to find the problem and determined the hot water heater did need to be replaced. He removed old hot water heater, installed the new one, re-worked a little of the plumbing and replaced the thermal expansion tank in 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
